PHOTOGRAPHER CODE OF CONDUCT
Cypress Fork Ranch is a living ecosystem. To protect the welfare of our heritage longhorns and ensure a professional environment for all creators, we require strict adherence to the following safety protocols and ranch rules.
- SAFE PROXIMITY: Maintain a strict minimum distance of fifty feet from all longhorns; never attempt to pet the animals.
- NATURAL LIGHT ONLY: Use of electronic flash or high-intensity strobes is prohibited as it causes significant stress and unpredictable animal movement.
- ACOUSTIC DISCIPLINE: Keep noise to an absolute minimum. Loud voices or whistling to attract animal attention is strictly forbidden.
- GEAR POLICIES: Drones and large reflective screens are not permitted within the graze pastures to maintain a natural, calm atmosphere.
- LEAVE NO TRACE: All photographers are responsible for ensuring no lens caps, tags, or waste are left behind in the conservation areas.
